About Me

I originally wanted to be a film director.

Photography arrived later.

The first cameras I used weren't mine. The first opportunities often felt larger than my experience. Much of what I know was learned while standing on stages, working backstage, navigating studios, and figuring things out in real time.

Over the years that path led to assignments across fashion, entertainment, and culture. I've had the opportunity to create work for organizations and brands including Miss Universe, H&M, Coach, NEXT Models, Wilhelmina, Ford Models, and State Management, along with artists, public figures, and private clients throughout New York and beyond.

I spend as much time reading as I do photographing. Novels, essays, screenplays, films, conversations overheard in passing. Most of the things that shape my work happen away from the camera.

Beyond photography, I've worked in marketing, content strategy, and creative direction for brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and entertainment. Those experiences changed how I think about images. The question is never just how something looks. It's what the work needs to communicate and who it needs to reach.

Photography gives me a way to document the world. Writing gives me a way to think about it.

Somewhere between the two is where I feel most at home.

Based in New York

It's a city that rewards curiosity. A city where something interesting is always happening a few blocks away.

For all its reputation, New York is still a city of people trying. Trying to build something. Trying to become something. Trying to make it through another week. That's always been more interesting to me than the skyline.
